Returns and Exchanges

Returns:

While we are always striving to get your total satisfaction at Peregrine, we understand that some products will have to be returned. We accept returns of unopened or unused merchandise up to 30 days after the purchase date provided that the invoice or e-receipt is attached. Our badger-hair shave brushes cannot be returned for sanitary reasons.

Return Instructions:

Please send an email to peregrinesupply@gmail.com for a return authorization. Peregrine Supply Co. does not cover shipping expenses; customer can select the shipping method. The package can be shipped back to us at the following address:

Damage or Missing Products:

Please contact us at peregrinesupply@gmail.com if you receive a damaged product, or if you are missing an item in your shipment. We will replace the damaged or missing items at our expense.

We may ask that the damaged items be sent back to us, at the above address. Return postage is not covered for these situations.
