Discount codes are only applicable to new orders only, we are not able to retroactively discount your order. Discount date is only valid during the official duration of the sale and cannot be extended. Discount codes cannot be combined with any other offers or coupons. Standard shipping rates still apply. Your subtotal must be over our free shipping threshold AFTER discounts and before taxes, or else standard shipping rates apply. Sale items may take up to 1 week to ship. Do you offer local pick up?

No! Unfortunately we're not able to offer local pick up at this time. Feel free to check out our list of stockists

How much is shipping?

$8 Flat Rate for Canada or free shipping over $75

$10 Flat Rate for US or free shipping over $75

 

For Europe and the rest of the World, shipping is based on parcel weight, and ranges from $5.00 CAD to $30.00 CAD

Returns:

We aim to make our products as versatile and user friendly as possible. However, due to the hygienic nature of our products we do not offer returns or exchanges. 

Apparel Only:

We will accept exchanges on items that are unworn, unwashed and free from smells or pet dander. Items must be returned within 30 days of order ship date. We do not accept returns on discounted or sale items. Email orders@peregrinesupply.com, and we will send you a return authorization. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping fees, once we have received your item and it has been approved we will ship you a new one at our expense. 

 

Damaged or Missing Products:

Please contact orders@peregrinesupply.com within 7 days of delivery, if you receive a damaged product, or if you are missing an item in your shipment. We will replace the damaged or missing items at our expense.

We may ask that the damaged items be sent back to us, at the above address. Return postage is not covered for these situations.

 

Are duties or customs fees included in the sales price?

No, all duties, taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please note we cannot mark your parcel as a gift.

 

When will my order ship?

We aim to ship all orders within one to two business days. During peak season, be prepared for some delays!

 

How long will shipping take?

We use a variety of Mail Carriers to get your parcel to you as fast as possible.

Here’s an estimate on how long your parcel will take: 


Local: 1 Business day
Regional: 1-3 Business days
National: 2-7 Business days

USA-2-8 Business Days 

Please note all shipping times above are estimates and do not include order processing time. We cannot control unforeseen issues that Post Companies may experience. Business days are Monday-Friday, and do not include Statutory holidays. 

 

How can I track my package?

When your order ships a tracking number will be emailed to you, depending on which service you selected. 

 

It says my package was delivered, but its not here! What do I do?


The first thing we recommend doing is checking your tracking number. This helps you know where to start looking. You may see a note indicating that the item was left somewhere on your property, like at a back or side door if no one was home to accept the parcel. If you live in a building or receive mail via a community mailbox your package will be delivered there and not to your door.

If your tracking number indicated that your item has been delivered to a post office but you haven’t received a parcel delivery attempt slip, try contacting your nearest post office to see if your package is there. You will need to know your tracking number.

After you’ve checked all of these places, contact us with your tracking number and we will open up a non-delivery claim for you.

Please note that we cannot ship replacements to you until your claim has been resolved. 


I made a mistake on my parcel's delivery address!


Unfortunately once an order has shipped we can no longer update the delivery address. Normally the item is returned to us and at that point, we will make any changes and resend the same parcel, at your expense. Please note this does mean your parcel is going to take longer to arrive, and will be subject to additional fees.

 

 I want to cancel my order, what do I need to do?

We understand that sometimes, orders need to be cancelled. If you want to cancel your order, please reach out to us at orders@peregrinesupply.com as soon as possible. Orders that have already shipped will not be refunded.

We also charge a small restocking fee to cover the costs of processing the transaction, and restocking the items. This restocking fee will be assessed at 10% of the total value of the order.
