As you may now be aware, our FW19 release has dropped, and we couldn't be more excited! This release brings more than just a few new products to our lines, it's added a slew of new ingredients to the stable that are absolute powerhouses for skin and haircare. 

Working with these new ingredients means that we are able to pack more actives and performance ingredients into products that feel and behave better. Look out for deeper ingredient spotlights coming over the next few days. 

Now, let's get on to what each line is about:

Hair.

We haven't offered hair products since we discontinued our wax-based pomades back in 2016. At the time, we definitely did not have the tools and expertise to put together hair products that would actually be able to compete.

Fast forward almost 3 years, and this isn't the case anymore. Working with new ingredients and a more developed understanding of how good hair products need to perform, we were able to develop a line that works in 2 parts.

The Shampoo and Conditioner side of the equation is really summed up by the goal of trying to leave the scalp and hair as undisturbed as possible. This means building a shampoo with cleansers that don't disrupt the skin's natural balance, and a conditioner that mimics the conditioning and softening performance of other premium hair products, without the synthetic buildup of silicones and wax. The result is a head of hair that is clean and refreshed, but remains balanced and hydrated - without synthetic buildup.

Our Pomades are also build with the same goals in mind. We ditched the standard family of petroleum-based waxes. (paraffin wax and microcrystalline wax come to mind) Instead, we worked with ingredients like Raw beeswax from here in the Fraser Valley, and Carnauba Wax for hold and support, as well as conditioners like Shea Butter and Lanolin to keep hair soft and manageable all day. These ingredients play nicely with your skin and hair and can help manage dryness and itch in your scalp, instead of aggravating it.

In short, WE'RE BACK BABY.

Face.

Contrast to our Hair lines in past, our Face care products have always been cult favourites. Men and women alike have raved about our Clay and Coal Face Mask in particular. So why add to the line?

The answer is simple - while the Detox line was good and all, it didn't really represent a complete skincare line. For each excited email or review that we got about our Clay and Coal Mask, another would appear asking for a more modern face wash and moisturizer.

So, we set out to build a complete line of skincare products, aimed directly at men's skin's need in particular. The result is a simple, 3-step system that works with skin to promote healthy hydration, tone and appearance, as well as ample exfoliating and tonic muscle to keep skin bright and soft.
