Hemp Seed Oil

What is it?

Hemp Seed Oil is a deep green oil produced from the seeds of the Cannabis Sativa plant. It has a faint, grassy scent. The oil does not contain any THC or other psychoactive components, like some other products of the plant.

How is it made?

Hemp Seed Oil is cold-pressed from the seeds of the plant to preserve it's rich fatty acid and nutrient content. Our Hemp Seed Oil is from Canada.

Why use it?

Canadian Cold Pressed Unrefined Hemp Seed oil contains the perfectly balanced 3:1 ratio of Omega 6 (linoleic/ LA) to Omega 3 (alpha-linolenic/ LNA) essential fatty acids, determined to be the optimum requirement for long-term human health. In addition, it also contains smaller amounts of 3 other polyunsaturated fatty acids - gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), oleic acid and stearidonic acid. The oils contributes to healthy looking skin and moisturizes without greasiness.
